So My Wife and I have been doing the HCG diet this last month, for exactly 23 days now and I am down exactly 20lbs! I couldn’t be more happy with this round of the diet.
For those who don’t know, HCG is short for Human Corionic Gonadatropin, which is the chemical women naturally produce when they’re pregnant, which strips stored fat from their bodies to feed the baby during pregnancy. It’s a total fallacy that a woman eats for two while pregnant, not true, they live off of stored fat.
(don’t believe the hype, lol)
During taking HCG, drops, we take the drops not the injections, you eat a very low calorie diet, 700-1000 calories a day, zero fats and sugars, lean meat, greens, and fruit, either strawberries, apples, or oranges during the low calorie diet. The fats melts off, losing a pound a day, sometimes more, sometimes you plateau, but even if you’re not losing “weight” you’re losing inches.
I started out at 199 and weighed in today at 179!!! My goal is 175, and I have 8 more days to go. I can’t weight. I feel great, tons of energy, my knees and feet don’t hurt at the end of a work day, and my pants fit better.
If you’re looking to lose weight, and reset your bodies endocrine system while in the process, this is the way to go, but don’t be fool, the HCG Diet is a tough one and the menu can get boring, you have to get creative within the parameters but focusing on the end goal and doing intermittent fasting makes it so much easier and better, also immediate results.
If you have any questions let me know, I’d love to help out. Maintenance is the next phase where I will still eat lean for a few weeks but can and will eat an unrestricted amount of calories within phase 3’s protocols. It’s well worth it. And also a good way to jump into and maintaining eating better and cleaner in life. #foodforthought #diet #hcgdiet #weightloss #trezmala #thinkstopper #love #life #health
