Iron

Hi friends,

I try to work out a few times a week, but I am sometimes too busy to fit it in. I am on a strike though and have worked out four out of the last five days!

Workouts for me are usually a 3 to 4 mile run, or lifting weights. I usually stick with the run if I am having a hard time getting workouts in, as I feel that is better for my overall health. However I do enjoy pumping the iron:

On my weightlifting days I also usually use my pull-up bar - nothing too crazy just the pull up bar and free weights. I had a gym membership for many years but I rarely went, so now I just do my lifting at home. It has worked out well!
