2019/01/16: Journey to reaching my 2019 Exercise Goal

Daily Update

I REACHED 25/30 of the "Bring Sally Up" Song of Push-ups at HOME!! Yes!! I just need to get more to reach my 2019 goals!! FINALLY!!

How it all started

Ever since I got back from my August 2018 trip, I have this urge to train myself physically, so with that in mind, I have started to do daily push-ups with my other colleague. End up we grew this daily routine into a company-wide (like we have 5-7 out of the 20 people in our office) daily exercise. We would now do around 4+ sets of Bring Sally Up challenge (push-ups, planks, squats etc...) and we are also adding pull-ups in the mix. One of my goal of 2019 is to end the year being able to complete the whole Bring Sally Up challenge with the exact set that I am doing, and be able to do 10 consecutively pull-ups. I want to document this journey and see what my progress is.

Today's exercise

  • 1x Full "Bring Sally Up" Song of Squats
  • 1x 25/30 Song of "Bring Sally Up" Song of Push-ups & Planks
  • 2x 18/30 Song of "Bring Sally Up" Song of Push-ups & Planks
  • 2x Full "Bring Sally Up" Song of Lunges
  • 3x Pull-ups + Other misc. sets (Dang it...)
