For a yoga beginner I would recommend to start by doing the Sun Salutation.
This contains a series of 12 postures done in a single, graceful flow.
Inhale when you extend or stretch.
Exhale as you fold or contract.
If you want more strength and flexibility, yoga is one of the sports that will
change your body AND mind.
On days when you think you have no time for yoga, try and do at least one or two rounds of the Sun Salutation.
You'll feel the difference!
