아내가 제철음식으로 홍게를 주문했습니다. 저 번에 속초여행때 3마리 2만원에 주문했던 기억이 있는데 12마리 3만원이라고 하더군요~
현지에서 바로 잡은 홍게는 찜으로 바로 배송됩니다.
등껍질의 내장은 밥볶음 이나 라면에 넣으면 고소한 맛을 느끼게 하더군요...
양이 모자라 한번더 주문하기로했습니다.
