운동을 일주일쯤 안갔다.
일이 있어서 못가고, 몸이 안좋아서 안갔는데 안가니 여유시간이 생기는 것이다.
그러다보니 또 이 여유가 좋은 걸 ;;;;
그래도 의식의 흐름에 맡기는 일상은 오늘까지!! 내일부터 다시 운동도 가고, 움직여야겠다.
우선 오늘은 배부르고 움직이기 싫어서 걷기는 그만 ~
