좋은 '치차론' 만드는 방법 소개합니다.
☞ 치차론 만드는 방법
1.돼지껍질을 하루 이상 말립니다.
2.180~200°c 끓는 기름에 튀긴다.
(※화상 주의)
집게를 들고 기름에 튀기면서 돼지
껍질을 잡고 늘려준다.
3.튀긴 돼지껍질에 소금과 후추를 뿌려 간을 맞춘다.

콜라겐 덩어리인 돼지껍질을 볶아서
소주 안주로 많이 먹지봤지만, 기름에 튀겨 먹는 치차론은 바삭바삭해서
맥주 안주로 아주 좋다고 합니다.
식육점에 가면 돼지껍질이 엄청싸요.
오천원어치 구입해도 양이 많아요.
