저는 한 달 전부터 유튜브를 시작했어요~
처음에는 백종원의 골목식당을 따라다니며 리뷰도 하고 먹방도 했는데...
기다리는 시간과 돈이 너무 많이 소모되더라고요.
그리고 줄 서 가며 먹는 걸 그다지 좋아하지 않는 저는 많은 고민을 했어요.
그러다 여자친구와 커플 운동 영상도 찍게 되고...여러 가지 고민을 하다 결국은 가장 좋아하는 운동 컨텐츠를 만들자 였어요!
몸도 좋고 운동 지식 많은 분들 사이에서 이게 될까라는 생각이 있었는데...일단은 40대라는 장점(?)으로 30,40대 분들의 운동법이나 호르몬 관리를 위해 먹는 것들에 대해 다뤄볼까 해요~
