내부자의 증언 일부가 왔습니다. 엄밀히 말해서는 헤드헌터를 통해 내부를 엿본 사람의 증언입니다. 현재 실장급 인력을 충원하는데 'B 거래소 인사팀'에서 이력서를 마사지(조작이라고 하죠)해서 다시 제출하라고 직접 지원자측에 연락을 해 왔다고 합니다. 실장급 인력을 뽑는데 이력서 마사지를 요구한다는건 터무니없는 소립니다. 물론 대부분의 한국 기업들이 이력서 마사지를 합니다만, 대부분 초급 개발자를 중급으로 올린다거나 하는 등 연차를 가지고 사업을 따 내려는 용도일 뿐, 거의 임원급 바로 아래이자 전체 실무를 조율하는 실장급 인원에게 이런 지시를 하진 않습니다.

이런 경우는 이사진이 돈에 미쳐버렸거나 내부 프로세스가 심각하게 무너졌다는 것을 의미합니다. 내부에서 이사진의 폭주를 말릴 사람도 없고, 그럴 만한 사람들은 죄다 나갔고, 이 상황에서 학력과 스펙이 좀 되면 전부 팀장, 실장 자리로 던져넣으려는겁니다. 현재 B 거래소의 팀장, 실장 자리는 3곳 이상 공석으로 비어 있고 매우 급하게 충원을 하는 중에 있습니다.

게다가 증언에서 나온 심한 야근은 시스템적으로 처리하는 G 거래소와 달리(G형 보고있지?!) 수동으로 입금처리하는 시스템의 한계 상 손도 많이 타고, 할 일도 체계적으로 잡혀있지 않아 우왕좌왕하는 상황이라 보는 것이 맞을 것입니다. 체계가 안 잡힌 중소 회사가 뜬금없이 커지고 오너 리스크가 발생하면 이런 일이 자주 생깁니다.
