Because of this weeks binge food, I wanted to clear my mind with an intense training... So why not pick legs?
If you're familiar with my past workouts, I've increased my level of intensity gradually. For the upcoming few weeks, I'll focus on volume. Rep scheme will be looking anywhere from 3- 8 sets and reps will start at 12-20
While the intensity may increase, my training will be relatively simple and mindful. That is because I don't see any benefits from being at the gym more than 2 hours. My main focus is to be mindful and constantly seek feedback, connect new ideas, innovate. Basically... Just have fun!
[WARM-UP]
- Breathing & Yoga (You can search yoga flow before workouts, I freestyle with whatever works and opens me up)
- Mobility Full Range movements
- Activating Core + Vacuum
- Hip Rotation
[WORKING] 3x15-20
- Calves: Many Reps, Different Angles
- Hamstring Curls (Old School variation)
- Sissy Squats & Leg Extension 3x15-20
- Pyramid Squats (Light to heavy and down to zero)
- Single Leg Romanians
- Lunges
