What is Emotional Hunger and How to Overcome it?

As the name implies, avoid starvation! Who is hungry, and why and for what reason?
Humans like to be inquisitive, but if your question isn't working, the responses you find won't be able to delve further.

These days, information technologies are accessible to anyone. Information on any topic that comes to mind, whether it is correct or incorrect, biassed or neutral, excessive or incomplete, may be easily accessed by anybody.

There is little inquiry or asking. There is a dilemma; curiosity can frequently be problematic. In any case, the answer can be found online. a brief and speedy resolution. However, transient... Its causation is based on incomplete data.
Is it not supposed to be? It is, of course.

This is not the problem. The issue lies in short-term and fast feeding of our heart, mind, and soul. similar to consuming junk food. We're getting fatter. This is the source of hunger!
These days, we live quickly.

Constantly rushing to catch up... Fast food, hurried conversations. Usually, we want things to be prepared. Lovers hang out at hamburger shops, love is informal.

We are searching for swiftness! Quick computers, quick cars, quick internet... In such circumstances, we begin to consume rapidly. Nothing can be totally absorbed by us. Love, social standing, wisdom, and food, of course.

There are tonnes of cookery shows on the TV. Gourmets are constantly on the move. What they eat and drink is disclosed to us. Delicious flavours!.. We sit with our glasses on our laps and watch nibbles.

Together, we attend cooking classes, but we never even attempt the recipes at home. Style, zeal, inquisitiveness, you name it—it makes no difference today.

To put it succinctly, the term "Emotional hunger" has emerged. Actually, as society changed, it gradually adapted to our way of life. It began to appear in scientific journals. It was identified as a specific kind of eating disorder.

From the standpoint of outcomes, none of them are incorrect; in fact, they are all perfectly correct. with initiatives to characterise it, distinguish it from physical hunger, and provide coping mechanisms and treatment.

However, from the standpoint of the process, we must behave based more on our "emotion" than our "hunger."

Starting from the perspective of hunger will result in a solution path that is restricted to addressing eating behavior-related symptoms.

For those who are not yet hungry, moving past the emotional processes will be healing; for those who are already hungry, it will be protecting; and for those who have been able to satiate their hunger, it will be sustainable.

We discover that our soul is actually hungry and not our stomach when we slightly shift our perspective.
