How can exercise help?

Exercise

Psychologists have been saying for years that exercise is good for anxiety. Studies show that those with anxiety who exercise regularly see a reduction in the severity of their symptoms after only a few weeks.

Exercise can be an effective tool for reducing anxiety, but it is not always easy to know how to use it. It is important to find exercises that are enjoyable and fit with your lifestyle.
You will not see the same benefits from your workouts if you dread them or don't have time to do them.

Exercise is not just good for physical health; it also improves mental health by reducing stress and anxiety and lifting mood. Even moderate levels of exercise can make a big difference.
If you do not currently exercise, start by adding small amounts of activity to your day and increase gradually over time.
