Hi everyone, how are u?

Why do we need to exercise? In fact, exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight. Exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases.There are many types of exercise. For example Aerobic exercise, Stretching ,Strength training and Balance exercise.

  1. Aerobic exercise

of moderate-intensity physical activity that you can sustain for more than just a few minutes with the objective of improving your cardiorespiratory fitness and your health.

2.Stretching

Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone.

  1. Strength training

    Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles.

  2. Balance exercise
