Over 40 and trying to determine which exercise machine will give you the most results?
This is very simple advice and one in which we can apply to other areas of working out as well. Focus on the one that you will get the most from and will use most often. Getting started and exercising is the first step. After that step is when you can find which one works best for your body and your fitness level.
