Day 10 body weight Exercises / 3 month challenge
Welcome back. In today"s video I am doing steep incline push ups off the old nova, sliding inch worm, one leg raised push ups, oblique knee raises, neutral grip pull ups, and v sit sit ups. I did 3 rounds, and in each round I did not rest between exercises. I did between 10 and 15 reps per exercise.
The toughest exercise today was the v sit sit up. It was due to the fact it was the last exercise per round.
The more I do the better I get. In this video and others I am just showing that you can get a good workout with out fancy equipment. If you just use your imagination and have the drive you can accomplish anything.
This is only day 10 and I have a long way to go but with every day the desire gets stronger.
