Coconut sweets with condensed milk and chocolate

Ingredients


  • Coconut flakes - 200 g
  • Powdered sugar - 60 g
  • Salt - ¹⁄₄ – ¹⁄₂ tsp
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Condensed milk - 150 g
  • Dark or Milk Chocolate - 100-130 g

Cooking



Combine coconut, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla extract and condensed milk.

Blind small balls and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

If the mass is a little dry and breaks up, add a little more condensed milk.

Put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

Break the chocolate and put in a heatproof bowl. Place it over a pot of boiling water so that it does not touch the liquid. Stir until chocolate melts.

You can do this in the microwave with minimal power. Take out and mix the chocolate every 15 seconds until it melts completely.

Dip each ball in chocolate, put on a baking sheet and place in the freezer for 1 hour.

You can dip the balls in crushed coconut as well.
