추석연휴 마지막날 오운완 5.15km (목표 5km)

오늘 걸은 거리는 5.15km입니다.
습하고 더워서 0.85km, 0.77km, 3.53km 등 세 번에 나눠서 걸었습니다.

얼마나 덥고 습한지 10여분만 걸어도 땀이 비오듯 쏟아집니다.

일기예보를 살펴보니 찬바람이 조금씩 다가오고 있습니다. 이번 주말에 도착할 것으로 보입니다. 그때까지 물을 많이 드시고 건강관리를 유의하세요.
