家人最愛吃石頭火鍋，先用洋蔥蒜頭把肉給炒香炒熟拿起沾醬吃，然後加入湯頭煮滾後丟進火鍋料，我家是這樣吃的，因為這樣可以吃到炒肉的味道，哈哈。
正確吃法應該是肉炒的差不多後把湯頭倒入火鍋裡跟火鍋料一起煮一起吃，但我家這樣吃習慣了也不想改，還別有一番滋味呢。
