Hello my dear Steemians,
Today we have Saturday and it is last Saturday of this year, that is why we decided to visit a market that we have twice a week in our city centre in Münster. Because new Year is falling onto Wednesday therefore the market on Wednesday is off. Also we thought it will be good to have a look how the city is looking in festive decoration.
It is winter and it is colder today than last two days it is still fogy in the morning but it was told that later on it should be clear sky. So we decided to go early morning because it is not so many people, the negative side of it it is really cold.
I decided to make a picture of the sky just in case to compare later how it will be changed. So everything is grey, sun is just poorly shining through.
This is another view that I wanted to capture, because of that grey reflection, for me it reminded me watercolour painting.
After that walk over the bridge, we arrived to the centre of our city and when going closer to market you can see on the first image that the sky now is blue, the market is always in front of that cathedral and it is always very well visited. So we immediately headed to the stand with the fish products from the Netherlands shop "deJong" and here what we have, they were very delicious.
After our snacks we headed to the shopping centre and what I was absolutely sunned with it was a huge Christmas tree. I am really glad that I was able to see it today who knows if next Saturday it is still there.
One of the other thing that I also pleased to see so many Chocolate Santa's and there were so many of them still available. Of course, I wanted to buy some but my hubby @myskye reminded that we already bought some chocolate and that should be enough : )
