[PLAY STEEM] Push Notifications - Failed to send issues

Hi, I am the developer of the PLAY STEEM mobile apps.

The push notifications seem working well.

With effort, the push service is able to restart when it crashes due to some reason.

But I noticed that some messages could not deliver to recipient.
See the following log of the push service.

The result=1 means that the message has been successfully delivered whereas result=0 means it has not.

Multiple Trials

I made to send push message again if it failed

But, still the problem exists.

I noticed some messages from @wherein and @upvu kept failing (not all the time).

It seems like the push server (firebase cloud messaging) has some problem.
I need to check if this problem pertains to firebase push server.

Meanwhile, the push service might work well. Please be aware of this.
