이리 저리 도망 다닙니다.

와~~ 요즘 같은 날에 조깅을 하시는 군요.
저는 혹시 몸에 무리가 갈까 걱정이 되서 실행하지 않고 있는데요.
아침 저녁으로 5km 씩 하루 10km 면 많은 양이시네요.
저도 살을 빼야되는데 하던 운동 말고 조깅으로 바꿔서 해볼까... 하는 생각이 드네요.
