어제 열심히 이웃의 블로그 방문중~ 신라면 포스팅을 발견~ @mipha 님의 신라면 뚜이시 (뚜이시가 무슨뜻인지 모름 ㅜ.ㅜ. 20대분들은 아시겠죠 ^^) 를 보면서 나도 내일은 신라면을 ~ @mipha 님보다 맛있게 끓여먹으리라~ 생각했답니다.
그리고, 퇴근길에 신랑에게 한국마트에 들러 라면을 사오라고 부탁을 했어요. 당연히 신라면이죠 ^^
그런데 남편이 가지고 온 라면은... 띠리리~~
친구가 한국에서 먹어보고 너무 맛있다며 애써 가져온 [김치찌개 라면]입니다.
저는 솔직히 먹고 싶은 라면이 아니었는데, 물건너왔기에~~ 라면은 이것 뿐이라 어쩔 수 없이 끓입니다. 봉지부터 제 취향이 아니었어요..
김치소스와 분말스프가 들어있습니다.
레시피대로 따라합니다 ^^
물은 다른 라면과 달리 적게 들어가는군요.. [신랑이 아주 중요하다며 강조했어요.. 적게 넣으라고~]
건더기 스프 먼저 넣고 끓여줍니다. [이건 제 취향 ^^] 그래야 물이 빨리 끓어요 ^^
물이 끓으면 면을 넣고 면을 들었다 놨다 하면서 쫄깃해질 면발을 상상합니다.
파와 라부요(땡초)를 넣어줍니다.. 흔들림 주의!! @@ [@mipha 님도 넣으시기에~ 따라했어요 ^^]
마지막에 첨부된 김치소스를 넣어줍니다. [볶음김치와 같음에 주의!!]
레시피 대로 마지막에 잘 저어서 맛있게 먹으려고 했으나.. 절대로 제 취향 아님 ㅜ.ㅜ
그냥 아는 맛이었어요. 제가 너무 특별한 걸 원했나봐요~ 기대가 컷던지요~
신라면이 더 그리운 오늘밤입니다~~
