달려서 스트레스 풀어보자하고 달린 @gilma입니다.
오늘, 월요일!!
정말 일도 많고 스트레스 장난 없었습니다!
아직도 야근중이구요.
잠깐 나가서 달리고 왔습니다.
하늘은 맑고, 바람 선선한게 정말 달리기 좋은 날씨!!
올해 달린 기록 중 최고의 기록을 달성한 것 같습니다.
거리상으로는 아니지만, 달릴때 제 페이스 상으로요..
오늘은 오랜만에 페메도 있었답니다~ㅎ
숨이 차지도, 힘들지도 않았습니다.
더 달리면 달릴 수 있었는데...
쓰다 나온 보고서가 마음에 걸려서..
'적당히 들어가자...'
