유산소운동과 근육운동을 겸해서 뛰기시작하는데 땀이 쉴틈없이 흐르네요
숨이 턱에 차고 40분이 어찌 지나갔는지 모릅니다
기구를 바꿔서 복근 운동과 허리뒷근육운동 15회씩 3셋트입니다
물구나무서기는 시원하네요^^
30키로와15키로로 허벅지 안밖운동 15회씩 3셋트입니다
기운이 없어서 운동 끝~~입니다
어지러운가 ~했더니 몸보신 해야한다고 ^^
실은 운동시작하고 얼마나 먹는지 모릅니다
몸무게가 빠지는듯하더니 다시 원상복귀
통통한 아짐에서 벗어날 수가 없네요
주워에 있는 모든사람들이 다 도움이 안되네요

새콤한 깍두기가 정말 맛이 있는데 고기에 훅가서 사진도 없네요

이 고소함 구수함^^
정신없이 땀 뻘뻘 흘리며 맛나게 먹었답니다
운동후에 먹는 음식이 진짜 맛있죠!! 도가니탕 완전 맛있겠네요.^^
