In It To Win It!

My most favorite way to ring in the New Year! Winning the NYD 5K!! Fast, flat, cold with cleats. This year, my only new potion is C60. DF137848-508B-44D5-BC9D-6A4CB1FD2074.jpeg
If C60 can do for my running (and cycling, climbing, swimming, lifting, Herculean efforts) what it has done for my wrinkles and eyesight—-hold on and stay tuned for a sub-19 minute 5k year. Who said middle age was boring?!

Good luck in your race!! I've just back from running a 10k race in 36'39" 😉
All the best for 2018

Good job, Sir! That’s an excellent time. You would smoke me :). Happiest New Year to you and yours!

Sir? I'm only 42!!!

Well, I still salute my husband - he is 42....🤪

Good luck Bud, how many have you done now for your 50 runs?

Goodness, at least fifty. I should start over and document more accurately til May. Run every day!

LMAO, I think you could be a forerunner then LOL.

That's fantastic running every day, how do you do that?

One step at a time!! Early before everyone else wakes up. It has to be priority. As in, four or five in he morning. Two miles counts. Ten minutes is better than none. Commitment. Discipline. Consistency!

I agree, that's what I would do as well if it's light enough. It's a bit dangerous running in the forests when it's still dark. On Sunday I went the moment it became light.

Do you have a headlamp? ...I generally run with my hisband’s Scuba diving light. Very bright!!

Really? Do you run in forrests as well? That sounds like a good alternative option, once they have cleared everything again.

All terrain! I like and prefer wooded trails. Around here, I carry a small pistol in holster as well - we have mountain lions and getting mauled is not an option.
