At a time when relaxing from our daily stress with meditation or yoga sessions is more and more in vogue, binaural beats are a valuable solution to counter stress, insomnia or a lack of concentration, which seems to be unknown by many people. In fact, these auditory illusions working with two different pure-tone sine waves (to be listened only with earphones or headphones) have an extraordinary effect on the listener's brain.
