A new study estimates that changing these eight habits in your life can add 24 years to your lifespan.
Adopting a few healthy habits by middle age can go a long way in building a healthier future, according to a study presented Monday at the annual meeting of the American Society for Nutrition.
Researchers studied more than 700,000 American veterans to understand how their life expectancy changed based on the number of healthy habits they adopted.
On average, it was found that adopting these lifestyle changes added 24 years to men and 21 years to women.https://www.highcpmrevenuegate.com/e44niir5k?key=e32fb81eb8723f1696e9600950097c70
