Vibrational Meditation

This will be a short introduction on how you can reach calming states faster with humming. This is meant to be used in conjuction with your regular medition techniques.

I find this technique works better while standing. Now close your eyes and start to hum in a low tone. Play around with the intenstity and if you can start to hear the vibrations try and get them vibrating throughout the back of your skull. Once this sound is heard loudly in both ears you have mastered the technique. Cutting in and out of humming and use with spiritual herbs may cause intense experiences.
