I'm super passionate about Mantra Meditation, as i saw it cure my partners PTSD & Depression rapidly 4 years ago.
I myself have enjoyed a more positive and grateful outlook on life since implementing this daily habit in my life aswell, so now can't keep my mouth shut about it to everyone i meet.

Last year i decided that we need more Meditation Teachers to spread word of this much needed and super beneficial mindhack.
I'm now documenting my process building an online meditation course on my Youtube.
The other day i taught some friends the method, and using a before/after Stress scale (1-10), it showed their collective stress levels dropped by 84% in 20minutes, on their first attempt!
