Meditation is a technique used to clear the mind, heart and emotions of ones self.
I was a angry person with too many thoughts in my mind, good and bad.
I struggled with relationships and other areas of my life.
when i discovered meditation it was a game changer. it pushed me on a journey of knowing myself and who i am and who i should be.
