Meditation
According to wiki "The term meditation refers to a broad variety of practices that includes techniques designed to promote relaxation, build internal energy or life force (qi, ki, prana, etc.) and develop compassion, love, patience, generosity, and forgiveness. A particularly ambitious form of meditation aims at effortlessly sustained single-pointed concentration meant to enable its practitioner to enjoy an indestructible sense of well-being while engaging in any life activity." Meditation being a single point of focus with the aim of being present long enough to experience being in the heart and being able to gain access to the higher self for messages and directions. I feel a lot of people think to meditate is to sit in silence, cross legged trying to clear their mind but I believe meditation can be achieved through many different activities where you become focused on one single state of being. This can be achieved while driving, sport or in something as mundane as washing the pots. Rather than consciously trying to meditate in a cross legged position for 20 minutes a day I am a big believer in trying to allow that state of mindfulness in all activities, every day, in every moment. I don't feel we have to wait for meditation to achieve mindfulness we can strive to feel our heart centre and to be completely present in everything we do in life. It's beautiful to sit and try to get in touch with ourselves, to feel our heart, to take a break but ultimately meditation is something that can be practised in every single thing we do in life in every moment. We can always be trying to be more present and focused on what we are currently doing and this is when we can tap into the direct stream of consciousness. It is why some of the best songs were written in 15 minutes, once you can achieve that place of being present you have access to everything.22157254_134849380477677_682502090387357696_n.jpg

Very true meditation can be done anywhere and in any position I feel. My best meditation is walking in the local countryside taking in the nature and sounds. I feel so relaxed after its incredible :)

yes meditation can be anything we do with single point focus where we don't cling on to the mind noise and let it pass through whitout attachment, I feel ultimately we can do this 24/7 or be aiming towards it. Thankyou for sharing your experience <3
