Meditation Without the Meditator!steemCreated with Sketch.

Thought can never understand meditation.

For meditation is not a means to an end - to bring order to a disorderly mind.

It is only when the mind is orderly, without conflict, that one can have a quiet mind.

In this silence, there is no meditator.

Therefore no effort, no practice, no goal.

Absolute freedom in itself, as itself.
