Breathe.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Inhale. Exhale.
Enlongate each breath.
In. Out.
Hold for 3 seconds inbetween each breath.
Threw the nose. Out the mouth.
Big inhale. Larger exhale.
Notice the rise and fall of your chest.
Feel the coolness of the inhale in your nostrils.
Feel the breath on lips when you exhale.
Breathe.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Inhale. Exhale.
In. Out.
