The visualization therapy technique was developed by radiotherapist Carl Simonton to help people overcome illness by focusing on the mind's ability to heal. It can be used to boost confidence in oneself and reduce stress.
The goal of this therapy is to stimulate the right hemisphere of the brain, which is responsible for creativity. Positive mental imagery can always be possible to lessen the type of illnesses.

And we can do simple ways to visualize.

For instance, imagine that you are lying on a beach and listening to the waves. Then imagine that this moment would help you control your stress levels.
Imagine that you are in a beautiful waterfall of bright color, and the light is flowing down through the top of your head, across the middle of your body, and down to the outside of your physical body. I usually do this whenever I'm stress out at work, visualizing the cure of the upcoming rest days with the help of nature. It works all the time.

According to researchers, when we visualize an image, the brain's electrical neurons fire an impulse to tell us to perform a specific action. I feel excited with the visuals and later on manifesting. That's how it works. It helps me a lot.

Through visualization exercises, you can improve your ability to rest and relax. Creating a stress-free environment is also important to help you feel better and to process the visualization effectively. Through visual perception, we can see clearly what we want to achieve, and it helps us get used to the images in our heads. We feel that our body is positively changing because of this impulse.
