The date has arrived. After 10 months of running season, the time for resting is here, coinciding with the start of the renewal works at the athletic track I used to go.

As a summary, despite a few injures, It has been a succeed running year for me on which I managed to run more than 2300 km, participate in 10 competitions, on which I got the Best times of the season:

10K: 35’38”

Half Marathon: 1h 19’55”

Marathon: 2h 54’38”

As well I have participated in Fast Trail Runs on which I took as a complementary training and I enjoyed of a lot from the different environment, forests, mountains and nature in general.

As overall a perfect year. But, really, I need to rest, I have to fully recover physically and psychologically of my pains and injures… And come back on September fully Charged!!!!
