Running has and will always be a integral part of any work regiment. The intensity of a person's run, the distance, incline or decline and their breathing technique all play a role in the gains a person makes. There are countless studies to show there are many factors that affect a runners performance. Running has been part of my workout routine for 20 years and I've tried various methods and techniques to improve my speed, stamina and strength. I've greatly improved my performance over the years trying different techniques. I have found the most successful method for me has been uphill running and giving great focus in how I breath. It's been a tried and proven strategy for many athletic individuals to enhance their abilities helping them stay in peak physical condition.
