포항을 왔으면 빠질 수 없는 음식이
바로 물회!
그래서 퓨전물회원조인 환여횟집을
방문~
주소 : 경북 포항시 북구 두호동 190-9
TV에 벌써 많이 홍보가 된 맛 집~
줄서서 먹는 집이라고 하여 점심시간이 조금 지난 후에 방문하여도 홀에는
사람들이 많아 날도 더운데 조금
짜증이 났네요.ㅠ
물회를 주문하니
(매운탕, 밥, 사리포함) 14,000원
육수를 기호에 맞게 국자로 물회에
넣어 섞어서 먹으면 됩니다.
원래 포항 물회는 육수가 따로 없어요.
초장 넣고 물 넣고 그렇게 해서 만들어 먹는 스타일이 포항 물회인데,
이 집은 퓨전 물회 원조라고 간판에
적어 놓았더라고요.
환여횟집의 물회도 맛 있지만,
매운탕이 얼큰한 게 신의 한수
였습니다.
전날 술을 한 잔 먹어서 일까요?ㅎ
육수를 적당히 부어 사리와 회를 먼저
비벼서 먹은 후 밥을 말아서 먹으면
아주 그냥 물회에 푹 빠져 버립니다.
숙취해소도 되고 더운 여름날 시원한
물회 한 그릇 드시고 더위 타파!!
