안녕하세요. 다크호스예요. 명절 연휴도 지나고 그동안 느끼한 음식을 많이 먹어서 오늘은 느끼함을 달래줄 모박사 부대찌개를 먹었어요. ^^
주소: 경기도 성남시 분당구 판교로255번길 9-22 지하1층
1인분 8천원짜리 별미부대전골을 3인시켰어요~ 겨울이라서 그런지 부대찌개를 자주 먹게 되는것 같아요 ㅋㅋㅋ
모박사 부대찌개의 특징은 사골육수에 파가 많이 들어가서 국물이 시원하니 맛있어요. 어떤 부대찌개는 햄이 많이 들어가서 맛있고 여긴 파가 많이 들어가서 국물이 맛있어요 ㅎㅎ
라면사리는 별도인데 부대찌개에 라면을 안 넣으면 서운하겠죠? ㅋㅋㅋ
라면사리를 넣고 보글보글 끓인 후 라면이 익으면 불을 줄이고 부대찌개 재료들과 밥을 함께 드시면 되요. 전 햄도 좋아하지만 사골 육수와 파의 시원한 국물이 정말 맛있어요.
오늘은 부대찌개로 명절의 느끼한을 날려 버렸어요~ 5일간의 연휴가 빠르게 지나가고 일상으로 돌아왔네요. 다들 즐거운 하루 보내세요!^^;
