Before going to the gym, I took a nap for a while. I was tired. Today, I'm going to do more than 30 pull-ups, and use a stationary bicycle machine.

I'll burn more than 1,000 kcal. I avoid eating processed food due to simple sugars.

The more aging, the more strict habits needed. Anyways, I'll exercise for 2.5 hours.

Unfortunately, the heat-wave has been interrupting to work out. When will the heat-wave be over?
