It's hard to decrease the fat ratio.

My fat ratio has been stucked more than 20% for a long time. But, I'll never give up. I'll keep working out. I ain't disappointed of me.

Rear shoulder muscles 30/35kg ✅️
Bench press 40kg ✅️
Pull-ups 15 times ✅️
