Tonights tempo intervals were a good workout. My legs feel well-used, and I hit the splits I was after.
Well, mostly.
A pal of mine stopped on the side of the highway to shoot some photos of me, and it caused me to really step up my pace. A big part of that interval was uphill, and I still managed to shave half a minute off my planned pace :)
the hat doesn't look nearly as big as I thought it would
