Nothing says to a better Monday than a good stimulating session. I've been off for a few days for my birthday and felt like it's a great day to be back in the home gym :D

- Activation is key! (Activating certain areas according to one's body, provides a support for the movement itself which translates to more emphasis on the body part you're trying to hit=progress)
