Report back week 6

This week showed no real change, so I thought about why this would be so and did a bit of research on the matter.

I found this in my search "one of the worst things you can do is change your workout routine too often."

I have been changing my training every week to make it more intense and feel like I am doing something... I was oh so wrong in doing this.

"Truth is, just about every workout routine that isn’t completely terrible will work to some degree as long as you provide the time and consistency needed for it to work. If you keep changing things, that just can’t happen.

Now, does that mean you should NEVER change your workout routine? Of course not.

You most certainly should change things, but only when it truly makes sense to. Making a change before that point is just counterproductive."

Seeing what has happened this week with what I have done just proves that what is quoted is really true, as long as we learn from our mistakes they will be more of a success rather than a failure.
