Milk pancakes are a great breakfast option. It is generally accepted that pancakes are cooked with kefir. According to this recipe, they are tender, of medium thickness, fried well even without oil, just in a dry frying pan with a non-stick coating.
Ingredient
Milk
Salt
Eggs
Butter
Flour
Baking powder

Add salt and two eggs to the milk and beat. Pour in melted butter and mix thoroughly.
For the remaining eggs, separate the whites from the yolks. Add the yolks to the milk mixture and whisk. Sugar can be added if desired.
Combine flour and baking powder. Pour in the milk mass and bring the consistency until smooth. Using a mixer, beat the whites into a fluffy foam, add to the dough and mix gently.
Preheat the skillet well and lay out a thick layer of dough. Bake covered over moderate heat until golden brown on both sides.

This is a pretty simple and very tasty recipe. My wife and I don't make pancakes very often because we rush to work in the morning. We get to make these recipes more often on the weekends. One of my favorites is this recipe for thin pancakes https://palacinky.org. They can be either sweet or savory, like salmon and Philadelphia.
Also, my breakfast favorites are sandwiches, smoothies, and cereal with milk. I usually find new breakfast recipes on YouTube, I rarely remember them by heart. And my wife's favorite breakfast is waffles. We often make them on holidays with different toppings.
