몸이 노곤노곤해지는 코로나백신 접종 부작용의 긍정적인 효과라고 해야 하려나. 하루 종일 자서 얼굴 피부가 탱탱해지고 피부가 뽀얘졌다. 주사 후 나타나는 몸살 증상이 노곤노곤 늘어짐인데 비 오는 날 경험하는 몸살과는 좀 다른 듯하다. 뭔가 기운이 빠져나가는 기분이다.
해열진통제를 8시간 간격으로 먹어서인지 열과 근육통은 없었다. 약이 증상을 가려서 내가 못 느꼈는지도 모른다.
몸과 정신은 여전히 귀찮다.

코로나 19 백신 접종 후의 염증에는 타이레놀이 아니라 부루펜(이부프로펜)을 써야 한다고 주장•호소하는 의사가 있더라고요.
타이레놀은 소염 효과가 없이 진통 효과가 있어서 염증이 세지는데도 진통 효과로 아픈 걸(염증의 진행을) 못 느끼게 해서 심근염이나 심외막염 등 백신의 부작용을 막지 못 한다고 해요.
그래서 난 미리 아스피린 프로텍트(접종 후 혈전증 부작용 예방 목적)와 부루펜(접종 후 고염증 부작용 완화 목적)을 샀는데, 접종 2시간 전에 아스피린을 복용하였고, 접종 후에는 접종 부위의 열과 접종한 왼팔을 움직이거나 접종 부위를 만지면 아픈 국소 통증 정도여서 그 약 부루펜을 복용하지 않고 그냥 지나갔네요.
비타민 C는 아침 7시에 시작하여 오후 11시까지 4시간 간격으로 2알씩 하루에 10알을 섭취했고요.
아, 항바이러스 효과가 있다는 비타민 D는 주사를 맞으면 효과가 최소 석달은 유지된다고 해서 몇 달 전에 주사를 맞았네요.

타이레놀 그럴 수도 있겠네요. 전신 근육통이 저는 없더라구요. 화이자 1차 팀들 (주변 사람들) 이야기로는 다들 특별한 백신 부작용 없이 넘어갔다고 하더라구요. 저처럼 늘어졌던 사람은 제 친구 하나였구요.
저도 주사 전 아세타아미노펜 먹고 8시간 간격으로 2일은 먹었어요. 소아 예방접종 이후로는 첫 백신 접종이라 겁이 나서^^ 저는 3일째까지 무사히 와서 다행입니다. 다들 건강하셔야 합니다.
