Melt 180 g of butter in a water bath and cool.
Whisk one whole egg and one egg white with ½ teaspoon of salt.
Add warm water and oil. Stir. Pour flour in portions and knead a soft, non-sticky dough.
Roll it into a ball, wrap it in plastic and leave it at room temperature while you fill it.
Cut the chicken and potatoes into small pieces, chop the onion. Stir, salt and pepper.
Divide the dough into two parts so that one is slightly larger than the other.
Take more than half of the dough and roll it into a layer no thicker than ¹⁄₂ centimeter.
Place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread the filling on top and add the chopped butter.
Roll out the second slice of dough and cover the pie. Pinch the edges to keep the filling inside.
Brush with yolk on top and make a small hole in the center of the pie.
Bake for about 60 minutes at 180 ° C.
Remove the finished cake from the oven, cover with a towel and leave for 15–20 minutes.
