운동의 효과, 그러니까 내가 원하는 곧 근육 저축을 위한 운동 방법은 멈추고 잠깐 버티기다. 지금까지 내가 하는 쇠질의 멈춤은 운동 과정 중, 신체 부분이 낮아질 때 행하는 자세일 때이다. . 멈추고 짧게라도 버텨라. 하나를 실행하였다면 다음의 과정을 위해서 잠깐 0.5초라도 멈춘 후, 힘차게 올려랏. 힘차게 못 올리겠다면, 할 수 있는 한도까지 하자.
