Mouth-melting sweets with rich chocolate flavor and light sparkling wine aroma. It is difficult to imagine a more festive dessert, but it is very easy to prepare it.
These truffles have a rich chocolate flavor with a hint of champagne, a creamy texture that melts in the mouth and a round shape that is not quite typical for truffles. Such sweets can be prepared as an addition to sparkling or tart red wine, the main thing is to get them 10 minutes before serving, so that the chocolate becomes slightly malleable.
Cooking time 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate 225 g
- Cream, fat 33% 120 ml
- Champagne 60 ml
- Cocoa powder 50 g
Preparation
One. Break the chocolate into small pieces and transfer to a bowl.
2 ․ Bring the cream to a boil.
3 ․ Pour the hot cream over the chocolate, leave it for 1 minute, then mix thoroughly.
Pour champagne into the mass and mix again until smooth.
Cover the chocolate mass with cling film and refrigerate until set for about 8 hours.
6 ․ Roll small balls from the solidified mass and roll them in cocoa powder. Put the finished truffles in the refrigerator for another 20-30 minutes.
