Ingredients
- Flour 240 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Soda 1 tsp
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Butter 60 g
- Milk 2 tbsp. spoons
- Egg 1 piece
- Yoghurt without additives 240 ml
- Tangerines 2 pieces
Preparation
One. Combine flour with sugar, salt, soda and baking powder.
2 ․ Melt the butter, cool slightly and mix with milk, egg and yogurt.
3 ․ Add flour gradually and stir well so that no lumps remain.
Add a tablespoon of finely grated zest and tangerine slices to the dough. Stir again.
Fill the muffin tins about ⅔ full with the dough.
If they are metal, insert special paper baskets into them.
6 ․ Bake for 18–20 minutes at 200 ° C. Remove from the oven, leave for 5 minutes, and then carefully remove the muffins from the mold.
