For 1 cake
- 400 g raw pumpkin
- 2 pcs egg
- 150 g sugar
- 180 g flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sour cream
How to cook
Beat the eggs with the gradual addition of sugar, salt and vanilla sugar, until white foam. Add sour cream, pumpkin grated on a fine grater (if squeeze watery or use more flour). Mix with a spatula.
Pour in flour with baking powder, mix. Finally add the oil and stir.
We bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees, in a slightly greased form.
Let cool and cut.
